Shipping is charged at cost, this will appear on your order. Free shipping for orders over £30(UK ONLY).We aim to dispatch UK orders within 2 to 3 working days. All orders are sent out by Royal Mail first class post. This is not trackable, so unfortunately if your order is lost or not delivered, we're unable to give you a refund or replacement. If you'd like to upgrade your shipping method to Recorded Delivery, then please let us know. Once the package has been shipped (which may take up to 3 working days) Royal Mail ” aims to deliver your letter or packet the next working day, including Saturday.” However this cannot be guaranteed.

We are happy to ship worldwide, costs of shipping are noted at the shopping cart process.
We aim to dispatch within three working days of receiving your order and cleared payment. We will inform you if there is any delay. All overseas deliveries will be by Royal Mail, which takes between 3-14 days depending on the destination. This is not trackable. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade to a trackable service. With national holidays and holiday periods, this will take a little longer.
Duties And Taxes
Please note any duties and taxes charged at customs when sending overseas, are the buyers responsibility to pay.
We do our best to photograph the work and describe as accurately as possible, however, as many of our products are risograph prints, each print will vary very slightly. Offsetting may occur due to the printing process. This is a wholly desirable quality and factored into the design. Also please keep in mind that the image colour may appear differently according to your computer screen. Please contact us if you require any more information.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase we can refund or exchange the item - the item must be returned to us unused and unopened with the original packaging, in the condition that you received it.
-for items being refunded we can only refund the cost of the item not the shipping
-when an item is being returned to us, we are NOT responsible for items lost in transit.
-for items you want to exchange/refunded - you are responsible for the shipping costs to send it to us and you are responsible for the shipping costs to be sent back to you.
If an item arrives damaged due to postal transit please do not accept the package and contact us straight away by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively please photograph the damaged packaging, or send it back to us so we can see what went wrong.
